چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین تاثیر برنامه آموزش بازی‌های مشارکتی بر رفتارهای کلیشه‌ای کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کودکان پسر در محدوده سنی 8 تا 12 ساله با اختلال طیف اتیسم مراکز درمانی، توانبخشی و آموزشی شهر تهران در سال 1397 بود. از بین جامعه آماری 20 کودک پسر با اختلال طیف اتیسم با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش(10نفر) و گواه(10 نفر) به شیوه تصادفی گمارش شدند. برای ارزیابی رفتار‌های کلیشه‌ای از مقیاس تجدید نظر شده رفتارهای کلیشه‌ای بودفیش و همکاران(2007) استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای در طول 2ماه برنامه آموزش بازی های مشارکتی را دریافت کردند در حالی که گروه گواه چنین برنامه آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. در پایان مجددا هردوگروه آزمایش و گواه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که برنامه آموزش بازی‌های مشارکتی موجب کاهش رفتارهای کلیشه ای کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم شده است. بنابراین به متخصصان و بازی‌درمانگران پیشنهاد می‌شود بازی‌های مشارکتی را در برنامه توانبخشی و آموزشی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم به کار گیرند.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Participatory games training program on stereotyped behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorder. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this research included all male children in the age range of 8 to 12 years with autism spectrum disorder in the treatment, rehabilitation and educational centers of Tehran in 2017. From among the statistical population, 20 boys with autism spectrum disorder were selected using available sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental (10 people) and control (10 people) groups. To evaluate stereotyped behaviors, the revised scale of stereotyped behaviors of Bodfish et al. (2007) was used. The experimental group received the of Participatory games training program in 10 sessions of 45 minutes during 2 months, while the control group did not receive such training program. At the end, both experimental and control groups were evaluated again. The data were analyzed using covariance analysis. The results showed that the of Participatory games training program has reduced the stereotyped behaviors of children with autism spectrum disorder. Therefore, experts and play therapists are suggested to use of Participatory games in the rehabilitation and educational program of children with autism spectrum disorder.
